In Brihat prashara Hora Shastra Sage prashara has very clearly defined how Rahu and Ketu give good results. This is a very important principle about results of Nodes is being given.
Rahu and Ketu when placed in Trikona (Trine) give rise to yoga in Mahadasha when Antardasha of a yoga karaka planet is operative.
Rahu and Ketu give results of the Lord of the bhava (House) they occupy and when in Trine act as Trine lord. So when Mahadasha or Antardasha of Trine lord arrives, then Rahu and Ketu in Trine, work as Trine Lord as in their own Mahadasha or Antardasha.
In a horoscope where Ketu is placed in 9th house which is auspicious Trine house and Venus is owner of 5th and 12th (a neutral bhava) is Yogakaraka for Gemini ascendant. So Ketu will give auspicious results in its own Dasha and Antar dasha of Venus.
