12 Steps Easy Surya Pranam (Surya Namaskar)

"Surya Pranam" or "Surya Namaskar" is one of the most oldest yet Simple and Scientific System of physical Exercise invented by our Great Rishis & Sages. It is meant for over all physical and structural development of all human being, even a small child or an aged person can learn it easily and practice it Daily.

Generally it is practiced in the open air during Sunrise and Sunset time. If a person wants he or she can do it four or five times in a day but it is preffered in between Sunrise and Sunset time for Fresh Air and Enough Sun Rays.

The main purpose of Surya Pranam is an over all Physical development of Body along With Strength, Stamina and Flexibility. It improves Body Posture, Bones Structure, Nerves and Muscle Strength, Physical Flexibility, Good Supply of Oxygen to Lungs, improves Blood Supply & Blood Pressure, Refresh our brain & Nerves.

Those who are physically fit can practice and Perform it in the open air of a Park, Play Ground or even on the Roof Top. But those who are suffering from any diseases related to Bones and Nerve, Joint Pain, Muscle pain, Arthritis, Gout etc Should Consult a good doctor before practice. If they feel Safe, they Can do the same With the Support of a Chair.

Here is given Easy 12 Steps Surya Pranam with the help of Chair (Sitting Position). Others Can Practice and Perform it normally standing in the open Air Without Support.
